颜彦这才知道这个村子叫崔庄，村民绝大部分都是姓崔，都是陆家的佃户，目前共有村民五十二户，良田五百五十亩，全部用于种植小麦，此外还有山地一百余亩，用来栽种果树，也就苹果和梨两种。
每年的收成分为夏秋两季，正常年景下夏收的小麦亩产在一石二斗，秋收的黍米或粟米亩产是一石左右，这些除了税收有一半是要交给主家的，剩下的才是村民们一年的口粮。
此外，这个庄子每年还得向主家提供活猪和活羊各五十头，鸡鸭鹅各三百只，苹果和梨各一千斤。
这些都是以实物的形式定期往陆府送的。
“今年也就罢了，明年开始，我会打发人专程来和你接洽的，这座庄子如今到了我的名下，明年怎么运作到时我会打发人来通知你的。”颜彦说道。
